Kindly be aware that we currently have a considerable waiting list. Our team will triage all booking requests, and we will do our best to schedule your appointment at the earliest possible date based on the priority of your situation.

We are looking forward to welcoming and providing you with specialist dermatological care as soon as possible.

If your booking is for a facial consultation or full skin examination, it is suggested to come without any makeup and nail polish.
To help with your skin consultation with Dr Oz, prior to your appointment:

Continue your usual medications
Continue using your moisturiser
10-14 days prior to your appointment CEASE any other skin related treatment or creams

Cancellation Policy

We will remind you about your upcoming appointment with an SMS text 5 days prior to your appointment. We will also call you 3 days ago to confirm your attendance to the appointment.
Kindly give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We have a significant waiting list and some other patients can use your slot if we are noticed early enough.

We are charging a non-attendance fee for late cancellations only to create sensitivity for timely cancellations, so that another patient who is in need can see the doctor earlier.
